It has been a long time since I last heard the term being used to describe a national affiliation,

We now have a "Gazi" and a "West-banki", a Jerusalemite with a blue id and an "Arab-Israeli" with an Israeli passport and even better, does your ID start with the number 02? Or 06? Or 08? because if you have one of the later ones you're still a post 1967 addition to the Israeli multi-flavors, even if you carry a full blown Israeli "Bazzabor" or "Passport", aside from the been standing since 1948, we are no longer just either those who remained and refugees, you are now either an out-of-state refugee, or an inside refugee, a "Fatahist" or a "Hamasist", because if you make another choice you're probably not keeping up to date, a countryman? A city man? and both with either a PA green ID or Israeli Orange ID, a northern westbankish and a southern westbankish, a liberal from the "center" of "country" and a conservatist from the north, and the creme-de-la-creme , someone who was allowed a "visa" "Tasree7, permit, to enter Israel, and another who was denied, and some, such as my last manager, who boasted till he almost burst "I have a VIP" to enter Israel, according to him, regardless of the fact that he does not have the minimum rights while there, including driving on Israeli roads. My ex-manager was one of the "first 65 to be granted the VIP, even before a chief PA personnel, who was offended that he became a "denyee" of that cheap looking dark-blue ID, and went on radio stations demanding "Why??"
We know this truth, it's time to take sides, you're cannot just be like that, plain Palestinian, you now have to color and number your choice,
only few academics can see the depth of this disaster, but only few do not fall in it's trap, when themselves face the truth of being either one of those choices,
And how do I feel about it?
who can say “NO!!” to a rainbow nation, of all different colors, affiliations and numbers, so-long "Plain old Palestinian" and "Handala" (Hanthala?), the infamous Naji al-Ali character can just keep walking the no-return road.
